Initial consultation

Consultations can be done over the phone, by Skype or FaceTime, or in person.

• Please schedule consultations in advance.
• Bring or send us important documents so that we will have all the important information.
• A forty-five minute consultation is $200. The $200 will be credited toward the legal fees in your case if you hire us.

Fee Structure

We charge flat rate fees for most services. The flat rate will include a generous number of work hours that we feel is enough time to complete the task. This will be clearly stated in the fee agreement, should you choose to hire us. Rates can vary not only be the type of case or application, but by the complexity of the individual case.  To the extent possible, we give you the option to pay for only the services that you need.
